Our Story

Prodatix began as the data protection and data security division of a successful MSP, Accelera IT Solutions.

With the growing threat of ransomware and cyber-attacks, after 10 years as an MSP, we made the decision to spin-off Prodatix into its own company with a focus on pursuing growth opportunities in data protection and data security.

After completing the sale of our MSP in 2019 our team has been focusing on total data security and protection. With our experience as an MSP, we are uniquely positioned to understand the unique challenges faced both by MSPs and end users (CTOs, IT Directors) in keeping their companies in business and succeeding despite ransomware.

An Economics BA grad from the University of Arizona, Matt has been in IT and computer hardware for over 25 years. He specializes in identifying the tech that will spark growth, save money, and improve data protection while building partnerships and alliances to benefit clients and MSPs.

Randy spent 25 years at the largest Arizona-only law firm. As the firm’s CTO, he set up and managed the firm’s enterprise-level IT systems. Randy is a specialist in network architecture development, off-site backup, and disaster recovery planning and management.
